Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Order Cancellation: You may cancel within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing support@roohalrooh.com.

- Refunds: Full refund for defective or incorrect products if reported within 7 days of receipt.

- Non-returnable Items: Opened aroma oils or used diffusers (unless defective).

- Process: Email your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
